A: T.O.M stands for “Top Of Mind”—because that’s exactly where we aim to keep your business when potential customers are searching online.
Q: Who do you work with?
A: We serve a wide range of small to mid-sized businesses including law firms, restaurants, authors, transportation companies, financial advisors, garden centers, and more. If your business has an online presence (or needs one), we’re here to help.
Q: Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
A: Nope! We operate on a month-to-month basis. Our goal is to deliver results that make you want to stay—not lock you into something you don’t love.
Website Design
Q: What platform do you build websites on?
A: All of our websites are built on WordPress and fully SEO-optimized. You’ll own the site, and we’ll host and manage it unless you prefer otherwise.
Q: Can I update the website myself?
A: Yes. We provide login access and training if needed. Or you can choose to have us maintain the site for ongoing updates and edits.
Q: How long does it take to complete a website?
A: It depends on the package, but most websites are completed within 2 to 6 weeks from start to launch.
SEO & ADS
Q: How long does SEO take to show results?
A: SEO is a long-term strategy. You can usually expect noticeable improvements in 3–6 months, with continued growth over time.
Q: What’s the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
A: SEO builds organic (free) traffic over time. Google Ads provide immediate visibility for a fee. We recommend running ads while SEO gains traction for the best short- and long-term results.
Q: Do you provide ad copy and creative?
A: Yes. We write and design all creative materials for your campaigns and continuously test for optimal performance.
Social Media & Email
Q: What platforms do you post to?
A: We post to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profile. TikTok and YouTube Shorts are also available upon request.
Q: Do I need to provide content?
A: Not necessarily. You can send us photos and videos, or we can create posts using stock content, your website materials, and branded graphics. If you’re in NJ and spend $649+/month, we’ll come to you for monthly photo/video shoots.
Q: Can you write and send email newsletters for me?
A: Yes! We offer full-service email marketing—planning, writing, designing, and sending up to four newsletters per month.
Billing & Support
Q: How do I get started?
A: Just contact us through our form or email. We’ll schedule a quick discovery call and send you a proposal tailored to your goals.
Q: How does billing work?
A: We send invoices monthly via email. You can pay via credit card, bank transfer, or apply for financing with terms through our payment partners.
