You may cancel any month-to-month subscription with us at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. For project-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to charges based on the work already completed.
If we are forced to cancel the project due to lack of communication or breach of terms, no refunds will be provided. We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if client behavior is inappropriate, abusive, or violates our terms.
